This controlled and guaranteed origin (DOCG)  top class ASOLO PROSECCO wine is created from a selection of grapes obtained from the vineyards  in the district of Montello and the Asolo hills, and has a characteristically low yield per hectare. It is vinified in white with partial cold maceration of the grapes and extremely slow processing to create a sparkling wine, at low temperature in pressure tank. It should be served at temperatures of 6-8° C. Taste, Colour and Aroma: Appearance: straw yellow with greenish highlights, a persistent mousse and fine perlage. Fragrance: starting with hints of yellow fruit and continues with elegant floral notes and an intense aroma of acacia flower. Flavour: well sustained, balanced and elegant. Wijnstijl: Brut
