A delicious panettone with candied pears and extra dark chocolate drops in the dough. Covered with a hand-made IGP Piemonte hazelnut frosting, enriched with pearl sugar and whole toasted almonds. Without raisins and and candied citrus fruits. Naturally leavened oven baked product.
